Mr. Macrice Daniel Mbodo is an accomplished Presidential Appointee and a Seasoned Corporate Leader with extensive experience in finance, auditing, and Procurement Management. Macrice Mbodo joined back to TPC as a Postmaster General following his second appointment by the President of United Republic of Tanzania H.E Dr. Samia Suluhu Hassan, in September 2024 shortly after his Masters studies on National Security and Strategic Studies (MSSS) from the National Defence College. Prior to that Macrice Mbodo was a Postmaster General to TPC, where he played a critical role in transforming and managing corporate digital transformation and digitization of Post.

He started his career as an Audit Officer to TPC and he held various positions within the Corporation, such as Audit Manager and General Manager Corporate Resources Management. Throughout his career, Macrice Mbodo has held various senior leadership roles such as a Board Vice Chairman, Chairman of the Board Audit and Risk Committee, and a Board Member at TPB Bank Plc. In addition, Macrice Macrice has served as a Chairman of the Board Audit Committee, and Board Member for the Tea Board of Tanzania (TBT). Macrice Mbodo is among of the few experts extends to consulting and providing strategic guidance to prominent organizations such as The National Board of Accountants and Auditors (NBAA) and The National Electoral Commission (INEC).

Macrice Mbodo holds a Master of National Security and Strategic Studies (MSSS) from the National Defence College and an MBA in Corporate Management from Mzumbe University. He also earned an Advanced Diploma in Accounting from the Institute of Finance Management. In addition to his academic qualifications, he is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and CPSP certified Procurement and Supplies Proffessional. Macrice Mbodo has further honed his leadership and governance, as he is also holds a Mastery in Directorship and a certified Director from The Institute of Directors in Tanzania (IoDT).

Arubee Bakari Ngaruka is a seasoned executive with over 15 years of experience in Administration, Finance, and Management within both the public and private sectors. As the current Director of Postal Services at Tanzania Posts Corporation, a role he has held since July 2023, Arubee is at the forefront of modernizing Tanzania's postal services, driving strategic improvements, and enhancing operational efficiency nationwide.

Throughout his career at Tanzania Posts Corporation, Arubee has excelled in various leadership roles. His tenure as Regional Manager for both Dar es Salaam and Tabora Regions was marked by significant operational improvements and service enhancements. He has also held key financial roles, including Principal Finance Officer, where he oversaw financial planning, reporting, and budget management. His ability to implement cost control measures and drive financial efficiency earned him the role of Acting Assistant Manager of Management Accounting at the Corporation’s headquarters.

Arubee’s career began in the private sector, where he worked as a Sales Representative at SBC Tanzania Ltd (Pepsi Cola). His early experience in sales and customer relations laid the foundation for his transition into public service in 2007, where he initially joined Tanzania Posts Corporation as an Assistant Accountant in the Tanga region. Since then, he has steadily climbed the ranks, demonstrating expertise in finance, accounting, and administration.

Arubee holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Corporate Management from Mzumbe University, where he specialized in Leadership and Corporate Management. He also holds an Advanced Diploma in Accountancy from the Tanzania Institute of Accountancy (TIA), providing him with a solid foundation in financial management. Additionally, Arubee Ngaruka is a Certified Director from Institute of Directors in Tanzania and a Certified International Leader from Institute of RAKNPA in India.

Arubee continues to be actively involved in Leadership Development Programs and contributes to discussions on improving public service delivery and financial management in Tanzania's Posts and business sectors.

Eng. Clarence K. Ichwekeleza is the Director of Projects at Tanzania Posts Corporation, where she plays a key role in driving the digital transformation of postal services. With a focus on expediting e-commerce and aligning the Postal Sector with Tanzania’s Digital Economy Initiatives. Clarence has over 25 years of experience in the communication and ICT sectors, having served in various strategic leadership positions. She has been pivotal in implementing national ICT policies and strategies, including the National ICT Policy (NICTP 2016), Launch of the Tanzania innovation ecosystem through ICT (TANZICT) Program, Advised on the development of the Communication/ICT sector policies to support Digital Transformation agenda. Clarence has advised the Government on key communication reforms, promoted public-private partnerships, and enhanced the quality of communication services across Tanzania through Ministry of Information Communication and Information Technology and Ministry of communication Science and technology as a Director of Communication Services. Clarence has also been involved in national projects such as the National Physical Addressing and Postcode Project and the establishment of Tanzania's National Space Agency.

Clarence holds an MSc in Telecommunications Engineering and a BSc in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering from the Ukraine State Academy of Telecommunications. He furthered his education by attending the Executive Education Program at Harvard University, where he earned a certificate in Driving Government Performance.

Clarence has several awards such as, Women in Technology Award, World Economic Forum Presidential Award, ITU Telecom World and Minister’s Awards for participation in the UPU and ITU Congresses. Clarence is also a Board member to several institutions such as Universal Communication Services Access Fund (UCSAF), National Fund for Advancement of Science and Technology (COSTECH), University of Dar es Salaam Computing Centre (UCC) and College of ICT (CoICT– UDSM).

Ferdinand C. Kabyemela is a results-driven executive with extensive expertise in Sales, Marketing, and Logistics. He is well-regarded for his ability to build high-performing teams, design innovative strategies, and drive sustainable business growth. With a career spanning banking, FMCG, commodity trading, postal services management, and transport analysis, Ferdinand brings a comprehensive understanding of business operations and customer engagement to his leadership role.

As the Director of Marketing and Sales at Tanzania Posts Corporation, he is committed to delivering measurable results through strategic initiatives that enhance the Corporation’s competitiveness, strengthen customer satisfaction, and create lasting value for the community.

Amwesiga Kamihanda is the Director of Corporate Human Resource Management and Administration at Tanzania Posts Corporation (TPC), where he oversees the corporation's human resource management and development functions. He joined TPC in October 2022, bringing with him a wealth of experience from his previous role at the President’s Office for Public Services Management and Good Governance. Amwesiga plays a key role in shaping TPC's HR strategies, ensuring the alignment of the corporation's workforce with its long-term goals and objectives.

With a strong foundation in public administration, Amwesiga is adept at managing complex human resource operations and driving organizational reforms. His expertise in HR management, combined with his experience in public sector reforms, enables him to lead initiatives that enhance employee performance, engagement, and development across TPC.

Amwesiga holds a Master’s Degree in Public Administration and Public Sector Reforms from Seoul National University in South Korea, as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration from Mzumbe University. His academic background has provided him with a solid understanding of public sector governance and the ability to implement transformative HR strategies that meet the needs of a modern workforce.

In his role as Manager of Corporate Human Resources, Amwesiga is dedicated to fostering a positive organizational culture and improving the overall efficiency of TPC's HR operations. His leadership ensures that the corporation attracts, retains, and develops top talent, while also implementing reforms that drive operational excellence.

Michael Jerome Njau is the Director of ICT at Tanzania Posts Corporation (TPC), responsible for overseeing all aspects of postal systems and ICT management. Since joining TPC in 2022 from the e-Government Authority (eGA), Michael has been instrumental in driving the digital transformation of the corporation. His leadership ensures the smooth operation and modernization of TPC’s technological infrastructure, fostering innovation and enhancing efficiency across all services.

With extensive experience in managing large-scale ICT infrastructures, Michael is well-versed in optimizing digital systems within both governmental and corporate environments. At the e-Government Authority, he played a key role in streamlining ICT systems for government operations and enhancing e-services, contributing to the broader national digital agenda. His expertise in ICT management ensures that TPC’s postal technologies meet global standards and the ever-evolving demands of the postal industry.

Michael holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from the University of Dar es Salaam. His academic background, combined with years of hands-on experience, provides him with the technical know-how to lead complex ICT projects, ensuring seamless integration of modern technologies into TPC’s operations.

As Director of ICT, Michael leads the charge in transforming TPC’s digital landscape. He is focused on integrating cutting-edge technologies that not only improve service delivery but also position TPC as a leader in postal innovations within the region. His forward-thinking approach is crucial to TPC’s digital growth and its ongoing efforts to enhance operational efficiency in the digital age.

Michael’s leadership is at the core of TPC’s strategy to embrace digital transformation, ensuring the corporation remains competitive in an increasingly technology-driven world.

Maria Emily Mwambile is the Acting Director of Finance and Planning at Tanzania Posts Corporation (TPC), She oversees Financial, Strategy, Planning, Budgeting and Performance Monitoring. With over seven years of progressive experience in Public Finance, Accounting and Strategic Cost Management, she plays a pivotal role in aligning financial operations in line with TPC’s corporate objectives.

Prior to her current role, Maria served as Head of the Bureau de Change Unit at TPC, where she led regulatory compliance efforts, strategic planning, and financial reporting aligned with Bank of Tanzania guidelines. She also held the position of Senior Accountant, managing financial statements, tax compliance, and internal control processes across the Corporation.

Maria holds a Master’s Degree in International Development and Cooperation with a focus on Finance and Tax Policy from Korea University (Seoul), and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA-T). She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the Institute of Finance Management (IFM), Tanzania.

Her professional background includes work in audit, tax, and donor-funded financial operations. Maria is proficient in financial systems such as MUSE, ERMS,  and Sage Pastel and is trained in data analysis and regulatory frameworks. She is committed to financial transparency, efficient resource allocation and promoting a data-driven approach to decision-making within the Corporation.

John Mwakalonge serves as the Director of E-Business, Financial and Agency at Tanzania Posts Corporation (TPC), where he oversees digital transformation, financial services, and the corporation’s nationwide agency network. With more than 20 years of experience in marketing, business development, and commercial leadership, John has built a proven track record in brand positioning, digital innovation, and driving sustainable revenue growth.

Before assuming his current role, John led TPC’s Marketing and Sales portfolio and held senior leadership positions in leading organizations including Vodacom, SportPesa, Parimatch Africa, and Nestlé. He has successfully directed award-winning campaigns, expanded customer bases, and delivered measurable business growth across consumer and B2B markets in Tanzania and the wider African region.

John holds an MBA in Finance from the Open University of Tanzania, a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing Leadership from The Chartered Institute of Marketing (UK). He is also a recipient of the Vodacom CEO Award for Employee of the Year and is widely recognized as an advocate for renewable energy and data-driven solutions.

His leadership at TPC focuses on strengthening digital platforms, expanding financial inclusion, and positioning the Corporation as an innovative, customer-focused organization that delivers modern and accessible services across Tanzania.

Elia Patrick Kutimwa Madulesi is the Head of Public Relations and Communication at Tanzania Posts Corporation (TPC), bringing over 25 years of experience in postal services and international relations. Since joining the Corporation in 1997 as Postal Controller for the EMS Department, he has played a vital role in shaping TPC’s communication strategies and strengthening international cooperation.

With a background in public relations, strategic communication, and international postal affairs, Elia currently leads the Communication and International Postal Affairs (CIPA) Unit, serving as a key liaison between TPC and postal organizations worldwide.

He also represents TPC on key international platforms, serving as Vice Chairman and Board Member of the Southern African Postal Operators Association (SAPOA), and as Chairman of the Postal Assembly under the East African Communications Organization (EACO).

Elia holds a Master’s Degree in Economics from Bradford College (UK) and a Diploma in Economics from Mzumbe University. His leadership continues to advance TPC’s global partnerships and communication outreach in Southern and Eastern Africa.

David Andrea Sutta is the Head of Risk and Quality Management Unit at Tanzania Posts Corporation, a position he has held since July 2023. With over two decades of dedicated service in the postal sector, David has established himself as a leader in quality management and project implementation, driving significant improvements in postal services across Africa. His professional journey began with a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Statistics from the University of Dar es Salaam, followed by a Postgraduate Diploma in Computer Science. David has further enhanced his expertise through various certifications, including Quality Management from the International Postal Training Centre and multiple ISO standards.

Throughout his career, David has successfully managed several high-impact projects, notably under the auspices of the Universal Postal Union. His projects have focused on enhancing postal service efficiency, improving service quality, and preparing postal organizations for the evolving e-commerce landscape. In addition to his project management role, David served as the Chairman of the Tanzania Posts Corporation Tender Board from November 2019 to June 2023, overseeing procurement processes and ensuring compliance with quality standards.

Mathias Martin Kipeta is the Head of Internal Affairs at Tanzania Posts Corporation (TPC), bringing with him over two decades of dedicated service in law enforcement, peacekeeping, and internal security management.

He began his professional journey with the Tanzania Police Force in 2003 and has served in various strategic roles including Public Prosecutor, Head of Criminal Investigations (OC CID), and United Nations Police Advisor. In recognition of his exemplary service, he was promoted to the rank of Superintendent of Police in 2024.

Kipeta has demonstrated expertise in criminal investigations, monitoring and evaluation, operational oversight, and institutional discipline. He has attended numerous specialized trainings and workshops in areas such as peacekeeping, human rights, and conflict resolution, earning notable certifications from international institutions including the Peace Operations Training Institute.

At TPC, Kipeta is responsible for overseeing internal investigations, enforcing compliance, and upholding the integrity and security of the Corporation’s internal operations. His leadership plays a vital role in ensuring a professional, safe, and accountable working environment across the organization.

Gervas Seth is the Head of Procurement Management Unit at Tanzania Posts Corporation, having joined the organization in 2016 as an Internal Audit Officer from Brac Tanzania Finance Limited. His expertise in auditing and procurement has been key to his success within the corporation.

Gervas began his journey at TPC in the Internal Audit Unit, where he worked from 2016 to 2018. In 2018, he was appointed Acting Head of the Procurement Management Unit, and after two years in this role, he was promoted to Head of Procurement in 2020—a position he continues to hold today.

Aicha currently serves as the Head of the Government Services Unit at Tanzania Posts Corporation, a role she has held since July 2023. With over 25 years of experience in ICT systems management and postal services, she has been integral to the deployment of critical postal systems across 21 African countries, particularly focusing on enhancing service efficiency and digital transformation. Aicha's journey at the Tanzania Posts Corporation (TPC) began in 1997, where she progressed through various roles, most notably as Manager of the UPU (Universal Postal Union) Regional Technical Centre. In this role, she led the implementation of UPU postal systems and software, helping streamline services in both mail management and financial operations across English-speaking African countries. She has also managed key projects like the E-Commerce Initiative financed by the World Bank and the operationalization of One Stop Service Centres, offering multiple government services to Tanzanian citizens.

Aicha holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) from the University of Dar es Salaam. Additionally, she earned an NCC International Advanced Diploma in Computer Studies from the Institute of Information Technology (IIT). She has further certifications in database administration and various postal systems.

Aicha proudly led the Deployment of UPU systems across 21 African nations, managed the E-Commerce readiness study for Tanzania funded by the World Bank and coordinated the launch of One Stop Service Centres for government services at TPC.

Peter Camilius Nyandindi, the Head of Legal Services at Tanzania Posts Corporation (TPC), leads the legal, compliance, and advisory functions. With extensive experience in legal practice, public prosecution, and anti-corruption enforcement, he brings deep expertise in regulatory frameworks,  legal integrity and strategic counsel to the Corporation’s leadership.

Prior to his role at TPC, Mr. Nyandindi served as a Senior State Attorney at the Office of the Attorney General and as a Senior Investigation Officer at the Prevention and Combating of Corruption Bureau (PCCB). He also acted as a Public Prosecutor appointed by the Director of Public Prosecutions. His legal practice spans over a decade, including roles in corporate law, asset recovery, and financial investigations.

He holds a Master of Laws (LL.M) in Oil and Gas from the University of Dar es Salaam, a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) from Tumaini University, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law School of Tanzania. He is also a trained facilitator in financial crime investigation and asset recovery, with certifications from international legal and governance bodies.

At TPC, Mr. Nyandindi ensures the Corporation operates in full compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, supports contract and policy development, and brings legal foresight to TPC’s leadership team.

Mr. Ntuli M. Mwammenywa is the Head of Internal Audit at Tanzania Posts Corporation (TPC), where he leads the Corporation’s internal assurance, compliance, and risk advisory functions. He brings over a decade of experience in financial auditing, information systems audit, strategic risk management, and governance within the public sector.

A Certified Public Accountant in Public Practice (ACPA-PP) and a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Mr. Mwammenywa holds a Master’s degree in Accounting and Finance in Oil and Gas, a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting, and a Bachelor of Laws. His multidisciplinary background allows him to provide audit oversight across financial, legal, and digital domains—ensuring that TPC’s operations meet the highest standards of transparency and accountability.

Before joining TPC, Mr. Mwammenywa held key auditing and advisory roles at the National Audit Office, leading high-impact audits for national institutions such as the Bank of Tanzania, TRA, and various government ministries and agencies. He has also served as a technical resource in public sector governance, procurement oversight, and risk management.

At TPC, Mr. Mwammenywa supports the Corporation’s strategic objectives by providing independent, risk-based evaluations that enhance internal controls, drive performance improvement, and support service sustainability.

Isaac Stephen Mayenga is the Head of the Bureau de Change Unit at Tanzania Posts Corporation (TPC), where he leads the strategic and operational direction of foreign exchange services in alignment with the Bank of Tanzania (BOT) regulations. With over eight years of progressive experience in financial services, Isaac brings deep expertise in foreign exchange, cross-border remittances, compliance, and business development.

Before joining TPC, Isaac held different roles in banking sector (NMB and DTB Banks) and senior roles in Financial services including UAE Exchange (Unimoni Financial Services Ltd), consulting at WIZZ Financials and logistics at C&A Logistics Ltd. He has successfully overseen major initiatives in branch network expansion, corporate client onboarding, and regulatory compliance—driving growth, efficiency, and market presence. Known for his analytical rigor and hands-on leadership style, Isaac excels in building high-performing teams, strengthening stakeholder relationships, and delivering data-driven solutions.

Isaac holds a Master of Science in Finance and Investment from the Institute of Finance Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Statistics from the University of Dodoma. He is committed to advancing sustainable financial systems and delivering accessible, compliant, and customer-centric services to meet Tanzania’s evolving economic needs.
