ORDINARY TRANSPORTION.
This category involves the transportation of mails,cargo,parcels and small packets through surface such as road, water and rail way.
a. Ordinary mail:
These are letters weighing no more than two kilograms (2kg), going in and out of the country. These letters should have the recipient's address on the front and the sender's address on the back. However, these letters are not marked with a tracking number.This type of mail can be paid for at low cost (economy mail) or priority mail (priority mail).
b. Register:
These registers do not exceed the weight of two kilograms (2kgs) for the item to be called as register, a special tracking number must be entered starting with the word RD and ending with the word TZ for local registers or RR and ending with the word TZ for international registers. Letters of this type indicate the placement of valuable items in it such as documents, certificates, etc.
c. Small packets:
Small packets differs with ordinary mail in such a way that, it contain valuable items like tittle deed,academic certificates, phone, watch or jewellery with weight not exceed (3kgs) and it provided with a tracking number for tracing.
d. Parcels:
It includes all packets and items weighing 3kg to 30 kg affixed with a local tracking number and international items. International parcels must be sealed in the presence of a Post Officer and Customs officer to accurately list the items enclosed within the parcels.The customer has to fill the declaration form which will help to estimate customs duty easily.

e. Mail Bags (M- Bag):
This service is for transporting luggage in a special bag for the purpose of returning or prioritizing the luggage of a person who went on a special activity outside his country
f. Door to Door Post:
These letters are delivered at a door step of a client based on Residential Addresses. Thus, letters, documents and parcels of customers from inside and outside the country are transported and delivered to the home or office at low cost using Residential Addresses and Postcodes.

g. Post Cargo:
This is cargo transportation service of the items weighing more than 30 kilograms or with an irregular shape that cannot be packed,closed and sent by Post.This service is good for customers with moving heavy and large cargo such as furniture, grain, business,etc.

h. Documents or Literature for the blind:
The organization provides special services to customers who send or use documents or texts for the blind (literature for the blind). This service is free. This is due to the special agreement of the Universal Postal Union that, these documents should be transported free of charge by all designated postal operators of the Government.
