The President of Zanzibar and Chairman of the Revolutionary Council, H.E. Dr. Hussein Ali Mwinyi, visited the Tanzania Posts Corporation (TPC) exhibition booth during the closing ceremony of the 50th Dar es Salaam International Trade Fair (Sabasaba), held on July 13, 2026, at the Sabasaba Grounds.

During the visit, H.E. Dr. Mwinyi was received by the Director of Marketing and Sales of the Tanzania Posts Corporation, Mr. Ferdinand Kabyemela, on behalf of the Postmaster General.

While at the Posta booth, H.E. Dr. Mwinyi was briefed on the wide range of services offered by the Corporation, including postal and logistics services, foreign exchange services, financial and agency services, as well as other customer-focused solutions designed to enhance efficiency, improve service accessibility, and meet the evolving needs of customers.

After receiving the briefing, H.E. Dr. Mwinyi commended the Tanzania Posts Corporation for its continuous efforts to improve and modernize its services. He noted that these initiatives play a significant role in facilitating trade, expanding access to essential services, and contributing to the growth of the national economy.

Speaking to H.E. Dr. Mwinyi, Mr. Kabyemela stated that the Corporation remains committed to enhancing its services and investing in technology-driven solutions to strengthen service delivery and support the growth of commerce and the national economy.
